1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of The Harbour 20 Agency (“the Agency,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

The Agency provides professional marketing, consulting, and related business services. The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or contract.

3. Payment and Fees

  • All fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the Agency to perform its services.
  • You retain all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide materials (such as logos, images, and content) used in your project.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, all materials, content, and deliverables created by the Agency remain the intellectual property of the Agency until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the Client will receive a license or ownership rights as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

The Agency agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by the Client during the course of the engagement. Likewise, the Client agrees not to disclose proprietary information about the Agency without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • The Client remains responsible for any outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our official website or communicated in writing.
